Dannyboy is a Cartoonist & illustrator from Manchester, specialising in hand drawn Cartoons, Comics & publishing/editorial illustration.

His work is characteristically witty, with a strong emphasis on visual humour.

Taking inspiration from his favourite Cartoonists; Jean Jacques Sempé, Pont (Graham Laidler), Anton (Antonia Yeoman), to name but a few. He combines expressive and economical dip pen line, with an analogue silkscreen aesthetic, utilising fields of flat colour reminiscent of mid-century advertising and poster design. He loves drawing and imagining silly scenario’s.
